We’ve upgraded our workspace with energy-efficient LED lighting and maximised the use of natural daylight, reducing energy consumption where possible. To further cut emissions, we’ve introduced a Green Commute Policy, encouraging all team members to cycle, walk, or use public transport to get to work.

Our goal is ambitious yet achievable: to cut our carbon footprint in half by 2030 - and to continue driving progress well beyond that milestone.

Sustainability extends into the digital realm, too. Our website has been designed with energy efficiency in mind. We use a green hosting provider powered entirely by renewable energy, ensuring that our online presence generates minimal carbon emissions. Behind the scenes, our developers have written optimised, efficient code that reduces server load using optimised web-ready images, videos and no heavy text for data transfers, and processing power - all of which contribute to lowering energy use. We've also included a dark mode option, helping to reduce screen energy consumption while being easier on your eyes. We've measured, monitored, and offset the carbon footprint associated with our website - a step many overlook but one we believe is essential.
